Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Spiritual Healer Sufi Ji – Tone Totke Samadhan, we are committed to delivering spiritual guidance and traditional remedies with sincerity and devotion. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing any service.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided on this platform are spiritual, energy-based, and personalized. Once the healing process, ritual, or consultation has begun, it involves time, focus, and divine effort that cannot be reversed or undone.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as spiritual results vary based on individual belief, karma, and divine timing.
No refund will be issued once the spiritual work (healing, reading, or remedy) has started or completed.

3. Cancellations

You may request cancellation only **before** the spiritual process or appointment is started.
Once a process or prayer has begun, cancellation is not possible.
Appointments can be rescheduled once if notified 24 hours in advance.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

Double payment due to technical error (with proof).
Service not delivered within 7 days of scheduled date (without valid reason).
